I really enjoy this time of the year, as I have the opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved both personally and professionally at Media Plus. I am very pleased to see that our brand, after 23 years, continues to be identified as a trusted friend for our government and industry partnerships.
I am extremely proud of what has been accomplished in the course of 2013 and very appreciative of all the hard work, commitment and dedication demonstrated by the Media Plus Holding team. I have absolutely no doubt that our network of consultants working on projects throughout the world, with your infectious enthusiasm, is one of the organization’s greatest strengths. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you this year! It has been an honor and an invaluable experience for me, and I hope it was the same for you.
At Media Plus, we often talk about how we can make a positive difference by connecting people and enabling them to match their ideas and goals. This is our special strength in today’s fast moving global economy. As a result of our ongoing commitment to empower our clients to achieve their business objectives, this year alone we produced 15 promotional country reports from the Kyrgyz Republic to Malawi to Oman, giving voice to countries that are rising and expanding as business destinations.
In the past year we have experienced challenges, turbulence and hardships, but thankfully also successes and fulfillment. This is the cycle of life and of growth. This is also why it is meaningful to face challenges instead of avoiding them. Currently we have teams throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Each one of us understands the privilege to work in a profession that enables traveling, expanding cultural values, collaborating and engaging with government officials and executives. There is nothing more gratifying than learning from top industry leaders in the challenging global business scene.
From the company’s perspective, this has also been a year of planning, re-focusing, and in particular establishing a more effective website and social media presence. We aim to share and engage more closely with our partners, supporters and the community as a whole.
This Christmas our thoughts turn gratefully to those who have made our progress possible. Our relationships as a team and with our partners are what we treasure most. It’s been a pleasure helping each other reaching our goals.
